1. The outdoor WiFi camera only works with 2.4GHZ WiFi, doesn’t support 5GHZ WiFi!

2. It is WiFi wireless camera, but it needs to be plugged in a power source to work!

3. Search Tool software doesn’t work with MAC OS.

4. Add P2P PC client for MAC OS, allows you to view the camera and make partial settings on MAC devices.

5. No need to scan QR code to install the WiFi camera, please add the security camera through LAN Search on CamHi app!

6. About the SD card, Please use SD-micro Class-10, UHS-1 or higher high speed memory card, it should be designed for surveillance camera!

Please download P2P software to view the camera remotely on Windows PC when you’re away from home. Just make sure your phone and PC are access to internet as well.

Cable & WiFi Connection

This outdoor camera allows you to connect the camera via LAN cable search or AP mode without LAN cable. The security camera is usable even no available Ethernet port or cable, for more detailed instruction, please see SV3C website or ask questions on the product page, we will help you.

Updated SD Card Installation

Please remove the black protective cover to find the screw holes when you mount the outdoor camera.

The security camera allows you to adjust the direction manually by loosening the screws on the mounting base. Adjustable 90° in the vertical direction, 360° in Horizontal, and you can rotate the camera body 360°by loosening another screw on the WiFi camera.

Encrypted Video

All recorded videos are in H.264 format, please download special player to play and convert these videos. You can play these videos on CamHi app and our PC Client directly. If you need to download and convert these videos to your PC, please download HiPlayer and converter from SV3C website. CamHi app supports you to download and convert videos directly on CamHi app.

Multi Software Compatible

In addition to CamHi, you can also add the surveillance camera on other software. The CCTV camera supports you to view on your PC through Blue Iris, iSpy and our PC Clients; View the camera through IP CAMERA VIEWER, P2PWIFICAM on your phone, we recommend you to use CamHi.
