How to connect the Tokdis Smart Band 2.0 to Android/iPhone?
Turn on Bluetooth on your Phone and then Download the Fitpro App from Play Store/Apple Store. In the Fitpro App, Go to Settings. Click on ‘Bind Devices to experience more features. Click on M5. Your Smartband is now connected and Time will be automatically synchronized with your Phone.
NOTE – DO NOT CONNECT THE SMARTBAND DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH AS IT WILL NOT CONNECT FROM THERE. THE CONNECTION HAS TO BE DONE THROUGH FITPRO APP ONLY.
How do I view my sleep and activity data on Tokdis Smart Band 2.0?
Sleep, Step, Calorie, and Other Activity Data can be viewed in Detail on the Fitpro App, which can be downloaded on Android and iOS. However, summarized data is available on the Watch Home Screen.
How to enable Push Notifications on Tokdis Smart Band 2.0?
In the Fitpro App, Go to Settings and then go to Message Push Setting, You can enable all necessary Push Notifications from there.
Is Tokdis Smartband 2.0 Water Resistant?
Yes, Tokdis Smartband 2.0 is IPX7 Rated Water Resistant and is safe to wear while in Rain, while Washing Hands, etc. However, Avoid wearing while doing Swimming and Water Sports.
How Do i Connect the Band from the Charger?
The Smart band Head/Screen has to be slided into the USB Port and then connected to any USB Socket (Eg – Laptop USB Port, Mobile Charger Port, Power Bank Port, etc.). The Band will then Start Charging.
