Before starting this book you should have a very basic knowledge of music including, note names on a keyboard, be able to read simple sheet music and be able to recognise some note types. Sheet Music Format

All pieces are made up of three staves, Treble Clef (right hand), Bass Clef (left hand), Bass Clef for bass pedals and chord symbols. This will suit all keyboard players, you can choose to read just treble clef with chord symbols , great for beginner keyboard players, you can read treble and bass clef, great for piano players or you can read all three staves, great for organ players, either way, all keyboard players are covered.

Piano Chord Chart

Each piece has its own chord chart
(picture chords) so there is no need to search through a chord book. Each chord chart will show you which notes to play and what fingers to use.

If you’re a complete beginner, this book is for you, its got easy to read sheet music with chord charts with finger numbers for left hand playing, give it a go and take you’re first steps in to playing classical music.
