A: Due to the 13-hour time difference, sometimes we can’t reply to emails in the mid-night. Q2: Why the camera connect Blue Iris, but no video/image?
A: Please change video format of the camera to H264 first, Blueiris only support H264.
Q3: Can’t find recorded videos on SD card?
A: Please login in app camhi, Choose “Device Time Zone”, then click “Save Time Zone For Device” to save it.
Q4: How to install the camera?
A: 1. Download CamHi App from App store. 2. Power on the camera, Use the Ethernet cable to connect the camera. 3. Run App, Click “+” and select “Search camera on Lan” add camera. 4. After added the camera, Click the setting button, Click wifi setting, input your home wifi password. Wait for 30 seconds, then disconnect the network cable, camera works wireless.
